525 people infected and four dead within the last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: An additional 525 people in Nepal have tested positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Jageshwor Gautam informed that the total number of people infected with Covid-19 in Nepal has reached 24,957. The number of active cases has reached 8,025.

Of those infected, 109 have recovered in the last 24 hours while a total of 16,837 people in Nepal have returned to their homes after undergoing treatment for Covid-19.

Four people battling coronavirus have died in the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 95.
